    Marketing Coordinator | Paid Training

    About Us:

    We are a marketing company founded and headquartered in Washington D.C., focused on enhancing brand visibility and engagement. In today's digital age, building a strong brand and loyal following is key to success. Our team is dedicated to boosting our clients' brand presence and reputation daily. We are currently seeking a coordinator to work with our non-profit partners, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role after initial training.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and organize retail marketing events
    • Execute retail fundraising initiatives
    • Progress into a leadership role
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 members
    • Manage client relationships
    • Engage in public speaking
    • Create social media content
    • Coordinate corporate networking functions

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication abilities
    • Previous retail experience
    • Demonstrated leadership skills
    • Familiarity with social media platforms
    • Proficiency in public speaking
    • Experience with charities, either through volunteering or professionally
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Immediate availability to start
