Inland Family of Companies and Colliers | Wisconsin is looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, problem-solver to join our Real Estate Management Accounting team as a full-time Property Accountant at our downtown Madison office. As a Property Accountant, you'll work closely with property management staff to provide accounting services and financial reporting for our real estate clients. You'll not only be a key member of the Real Estate Management Accounting team, but you'll also be part of an organization that provides ample opportunities for career growth.
In this role, you will foster an ongoing positive relationship with clients and our Real Estate Management team through the delivery of accounts payable, and accounts receivable, cash management, bank reconciliation, preparation of annual property budgets, rent roll, and general ledger activities.
