POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for providing retail sales support in the assigned market area through hands-on selling to customers, continuous training and motivation of Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists, assisting in planning and executing special event programs, and follow-up training of Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct retail sell-thru and execute promotional programs in retail accounts following HQ direction.
Recruit, engage, and motivate in-store personnel (Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists).
Collaborate with Education to provide product and sales training to in-store staff, including new programs, suggestive selling techniques, and client registration programs.
Train at-counter team on selling through overstocks and discontinued items by analyzing the stock control book.
Execute visual plans in the territory for generic and promotional events programmed with the account and Guerlain.
Responsible for client registration specifics, updating customer files, and maintaining Guerlain counter image at accounts.
Monitor the performance of promotional programs and submit promotional recap forms.
Conduct productivity evaluations for in-store staff on a monthly basis.
Participate in events as required and perform other job-related activities.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

Account Executive and/or Regional Sales Manager/Director.

Profil

2+ years of prestige beauty sales experience; multi-store sales experience preferred.
Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, achievement-oriented, solid business acumen, good financial aptitude, strong leadership, multifunctional with strong organizational skills, valid driver's license holder, handles confidential information using discretion and judgment.

While the published salary range is indicative, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to offer a salary outside the range of $65k-$75k.
