- Source, evaluate, and aid in the selecting of suppliers and vendors, ensuring high-quality products/services at competitive prices
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers/vendors to optimize pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, operations, and estimating to support procurement initiatives and resolve any issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards throughout the procurement process.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, such as ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including team management, coaching, and decision-making abilities.
- Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM, CIPS) are desirable.
