    As an Operations Production Support Specialist, within PNC's Employee Benefits Audit and Control organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

    This position requires the availability to work a schedule of 8:00am - 5:00pm and must be able to work 1 day a month in office (Nova Place - Pittsburgh).

    This project support role, on the Audit and Control team of Employee Benefits, is responsible for system testing and reporting, which will include updates and enhancements.

    You will also receive and maintain spreadsheets, entering tax updates into the the system (Omni Pay), and also work with vendors to address and solve/complete issues and requests.

    The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

    - Technical background with Excel experience.
    - Experience with Microsoft applications
    - Good communication skills
    - Ability to multi-task

    Job Description
    • Leads a critical operational support service, process, capability or initiative within an operational unit and ensures performance and/or risk indicators are met.
    • Establishes and monitors process performance measurements and business impact. Gathers and communicates performance statistics and reports to internal stakeholders and senior management.
    • Promotes and monitors the production workflow and assists team members with escalated process issues. Independently identifies and resolves exceptions and serves as a point of escalation.
    • Monitors effectiveness and efficiency of production and/or process. Determines and/or drives change and improvement efforts in production and/or processes.
    • Ensures the business adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory standards. Independently resolves compliance issues and drives risk mitigation activities.

    Process Management - Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques and ability to understand, monitor, update, or enhance existing business or work processes.

    Standard Operating Procedures - Knowledge of and ability to design, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures affecting daily and strategic business operations in order to increase operational efficiency.

    Work Experience

    Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
