    Trissential is currently seeking a QA Manager ideally with cards and payments background to join our dynamic team. This role is a hybrid role, requiring two (2) days per week in the office in Atlanta, GA
    Responsibilities

    • Builds long-term, strategic relationships at C-level and maintains a strong understanding of the clients' industry and business.
    • Accountable to the Business to ensure the organisation's clients are front and centre in all activities - client centricity paramount.
    • Accountable for setting & monitoring quality measurement KPI's and metrics, and implementing process improvements off the back of trends and insights.
    • Influence the organisation's approach to Quality, via education and embedding quality principles. Feeding into a central Head of Quality (CQO or similar) where available.
    • Leads programme reviews and advises others on the design of the process both in the field of quality assurance and the quality of the development process within programmes.
    • Forms productive relationships with IT and Development teams / workstreams.
    • Actively monitors emerging technologies and market trends, identifies process improvements, and contributes to quality assurance standards and definition of best practice at the programme level.
    • Accountable for defining the environments required, appropriate tooling, roles and skills and the quality process given the overall development process within programmes (with support from relevant leads).
    • Facilitates scoping and business priority setting for large or complex programme changes, obtaining formal agreement from a large and diverse range of potentially senior stakeholders and recipients to the scope and requirements, plus able to establish a baseline on which delivery of a solution can commence.
    • Delivers in capability assessment/audits, benchmarking, reporting and evaluation. Reviews and predicts any potential areas of deficit/risks and takes preventative action. Able to assess and advise on the practicality of process alternatives, initiate and direct improvements.
    • Provides input for overall delivery models at programme level and assists sales with pre-sales activity. Reviews new business proposals and provides advice on compliance issues. (For the clients context this would also mean engaging with potential Pilot candidates).
    • Involves Expleo (or the clients) management in overall program developments, opportunities and strategic choices.
    • Governance and Test Assurance responsibility.
    • Maintains awareness and ensures correct commercial cover for responsible accounts at programme level.
    Qualifications

    Essential:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • ISTQB Advanced.
    • Project Management qualification.
    • Cards and Payments experience, Issuer applications and processes.
    • Cloud migration (from mainframe to java cloud)
    • Preferably AWS
    • US based for offshore roles
    • Customer and customer's client facing roles.
    • Maintain communication with test teams across geographies.
    • JIRA with Zephyr, Agile (SCRUM).
    • Minimum of years working within IT and Business testing functions and has strong experience in QA, cloud system architecture/infrastructure.
    • Process Improvement focus.

    Desirable:

    • Additional course or certification in Quality Assurance.
    • Certification in ITIL preferred.
    • Management qualification.

    Technical:

    • Has advanced level of general overall QA expertise with a strong background in managing QA programmes whilst providing leadership to teams. Has advanced project management skills.
    • Evidence of in-depth application/technology and domain knowledge and viewed as an expert in multiple areas, specifically QA programme management.
    • Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and market trends and able to assess impact on business strategies, benefits and risks.
    • Experience in influencing senior level clients and teams within programmes through change management initiatives, ensuring that the infrastructure is managed to provide agreed levels of service.
    • Experience in promoting Quality principles throughout all levels of an organisation.
    • Experience in anticipating problem areas and using formal methodologies to forecast trends and define innovative strategic choices in response to the potential implications of multiple integrated options at the programme level.
    • In-depth knowledge in enterprise software solutions and experience in providing management to QA teams within programmes.
    • Experience in working closely with clients to develop an understanding of their business strategy and architecting solutions based on that.

    Budget:

    • Ability to manage own expenses and ensure adherence of others to the expense policy.
    • Direct budget responsibility for all areas which fall under area of accountability.
    • Participate in development of departmental budgets.
    • Proven ability in monitoring and controlling resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and managing expectations of all project stakeholders.
    Benefits
    Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range hourly for this role is $80 to $90 based on candidate's qualifications and experience.

    This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; up to 48 hours of accrued paid safe and sick time, and 401k retirement savings.
