- Builds long-term, strategic relationships at C-level and maintains a strong understanding of the clients' industry and business.
- Accountable to the Business to ensure the organisation's clients are front and centre in all activities - client centricity paramount.
- Accountable for setting & monitoring quality measurement KPI's and metrics, and implementing process improvements off the back of trends and insights.
- Influence the organisation's approach to Quality, via education and embedding quality principles. Feeding into a central Head of Quality (CQO or similar) where available.
- Leads programme reviews and advises others on the design of the process both in the field of quality assurance and the quality of the development process within programmes.
- Forms productive relationships with IT and Development teams / workstreams.
- Actively monitors emerging technologies and market trends, identifies process improvements, and contributes to quality assurance standards and definition of best practice at the programme level.
- Accountable for defining the environments required, appropriate tooling, roles and skills and the quality process given the overall development process within programmes (with support from relevant leads).
- Facilitates scoping and business priority setting for large or complex programme changes, obtaining formal agreement from a large and diverse range of potentially senior stakeholders and recipients to the scope and requirements, plus able to establish a baseline on which delivery of a solution can commence.
- Delivers in capability assessment/audits, benchmarking, reporting and evaluation. Reviews and predicts any potential areas of deficit/risks and takes preventative action. Able to assess and advise on the practicality of process alternatives, initiate and direct improvements.
- Provides input for overall delivery models at programme level and assists sales with pre-sales activity. Reviews new business proposals and provides advice on compliance issues. (For the clients context this would also mean engaging with potential Pilot candidates).
- Involves Expleo (or the clients) management in overall program developments, opportunities and strategic choices.
- Governance and Test Assurance responsibility.
- Maintains awareness and ensures correct commercial cover for responsible accounts at programme level.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- ISTQB Advanced.
- Project Management qualification.
- Cards and Payments experience, Issuer applications and processes.
- Cloud migration (from mainframe to java cloud)
- Preferably AWS
- US based for offshore roles
- Customer and customer's client facing roles.
- Maintain communication with test teams across geographies.
- JIRA with Zephyr, Agile (SCRUM).
- Minimum of years working within IT and Business testing functions and has strong experience in QA, cloud system architecture/infrastructure.
