**Description**
**Pilot Freight Services** is seeking a **Customer Service 2 Agent - Inbound Dispatcher** for our **Orlando, FL terminal**. The hours of the job will be **6:30am - 3:00pm.**
**JOB SUMMARY:**
The Customer Service Agent 2 is responsible for providing customer service to all callers. They answer incoming calls and troubleshoot any issues. They assist pilot stations and cartage agents. Candidate will proactively manage the scheduling of local cartage's daily deliveries and pick-ups. This coordination will include the company-owned cartage team and outside cartage vendors.

High School or better
