    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Test Engineer with a background in Electrical Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Burn-In Testing and Hi-Pot Testing, the ability to read schematics, troubleshoot issues, and effectively schedule and plan testing activities. A strong understanding of test software, GUIs, procedures, and proficiency with computers is essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct Burn-In Testing and Hi-Pot Testing on various products to ensure reliability and safety standards are met.

    Read and interpret electrical schematics to understand product designs and identify testing requirements.

    Troubleshoot and diagnose issues during testing, providing solutions to resolve any problems encountered.

    Develop and maintain testing schedules, ensuring all tests are planned and executed efficiently.

    Utilize test software and graphical user interfaces (GUIs) to set up and run tests, analyze data, and generate reports.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and adherence to specifications.

    Maintain and update testing procedures and documentation to reflect changes in products and testing methodologies.

    Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during all testing activities.

    Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

    Proven experience with Burn-In Testing and Hi-Pot Testing.

    Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.

    Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

    Experience in scheduling and planning testing activities.

    Proficient in using test software, GUIs, and other related tools.

    Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with data analysis software and tools.

    Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all testing procedures.

    Preferred Skills:

    Experience with automated testing systems.

    Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

    Prior experience in a manufacturing or product development environment.
