    Description
    Job Title: Director of Test Engineering

    As the Director of Test Engineering, you'll lead a global team of test managers focused on developing ATE test solutions for power-related products. Your team will be responsible for delivering characterization, qualification, and sample tests within set timelines and cost targets. In this key role, you'll drive the test strategy for the business, nurture team growth, and work with internal and external partners to support your team. You'll also mentor key test leaders and help shape the company's test perspective. This role offers a hybrid work model based in Dallas, Texas.

    Qualifications

    Experience in test leadership role:

    • Over 10 years of experience

    Degree & Education:

    • BSEE or higher or Professional equivalent

    Complexity & Problem Solving:

    • Ability to develop and execute strategies to enhance productivity across multiple global test teams

    Collaboration & Interaction:

    • Establish relationships with internal and external leadership as required. This position reports to a senior director.

    Knowledge & Application:

    • Strong project management expertise
    • Proven track record of leading teams to excellence in power and mixed signal IC test development
    • Apt at prioritizing tasks and suggesting optimal test strategies for efficient development and cost-effectiveness
    • Mentor test managers for growth
    • Proficient in gathering and presenting technical data effectively
    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
    • Align manufacturing strategies with both internal and external partners
    • Knowledgeable in various test technologies (e.g., strip, turret, DFT, high voltage, high power)

    Other Considerations:

    Provide management and peer references, along with examples of professional achievements

    Additional Information

    The annual salary range for this role is $150,000 - $260,000. The position is also eligible for SIP bonuses. The final offer will depend on geographic location, experience, and the candidate's skill set.
