Your Role - What to Expect:
You will be responsible for creating payroll statements and advising employees and managers on labor, social security, and tax laws.
Your tasks will also include drafting employment contracts, personnel documents, and references, as well as issuing certificates and social security reports.
A crucial part of your role will involve maintaining personnel records through SAP HCM and managing electronic personnel files.You will collaborate with various internal interfaces and external partners such as health insurance companies, tax authorities, and the integration office.
Your Skills - What You Bring:
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have comparable experience in personnel administration
- When it comes to creating payroll statements and managing personnel through SAP HCM, you are an expert
- You have extensive knowledge of social security and tax laws, as well as basic knowledge of individual labor law
- You possess fluent written and spoken German skills, as well as basic knowledge of MS Office products.
