    Daggerfinn Hiring Sales Representative

    About Daggerfinn:

    Daggerfinn is a data-driven firm specializing in employer branding and company culture consulting to help companies enhance their employer brands, EVPs, and organizational development strategies.

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for dedicated sales professionals to join our team and contribute to the growth of our employer branding and organizational development consulting services. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving our company forward while building strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Sales representatives will have the opportunity to engage with leads from diverse channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing and closing new sales opportunities through various channels such as calls, emails, and social media
    • Generating leads and securing deals
    • Expanding the Sales Pipeline by exploring new prospects
    • Contacting executives at different levels to promote Daggerfinn's consulting services
    • Addressing customer inquiries promptly and effectively
    • Assessing customer needs to offer suitable service solutions and quotes
    • Informing customers about service offerings, promotions, and industry trends
    • Utilizing sales and marketing data for targeted campaigns
    • Directly reporting to the Managing Director

    Requirements and Skills:

    • Must hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification
    • Excellent communication skills and comfort in engaging with customers, including handling phone transactions and sales consultations
    • Proficiency in using productivity tools and web presentation software
    • Experience with CRM software is beneficial
    • Must possess confidence and demonstrate creative thinking
    • Strong focus on customer service
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
    • Effective listening and presentation capabilities
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    • Willingness to participate in responding to inquiries beyond regular business hours
