DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

Min five years of relevant construction project management experience in the commercial/industrial construction industry experience is required
Mechanical experience is required
Experience in negotiating change orders and presenting projects.
Proficiency in problem-solving and interpreting contractual documents.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Flexibility to be reasonably on-call for client support.
Ability to conduct daily site visits and attend meetings.

WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

As a Construction Project Manager, you will supervise and facilitate the triumphant culmination of projects from inception to conclusion. Within this position, you'll demonstrate robust leadership attributes, outstanding organizational proficiencies, and adept communication capabilities to coordinate all facets of the project efficiently.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Provide oversight to project Superintendents, guiding daily activities.
Review project estimates and ensure accurate entry into the job cost system.
Facilitate planning meetings to ensure team understanding of project terms.
Document meeting outcomes and maintain project schedules.
Monitor personnel schedules to align with project timelines.
Execute subcontract and equipment procurement to support project schedules.
Conduct daily site visits to inspect progress and address issues.
Investigate and implement corrective measures for challenges.
Manage scope changes and incorporate them into the project scope.
Provide material takeoff, estimate, and pricing for scope changes.
Participate in job meetings as per schedule.
