RVA Restoration is seeking a PM/APM in the Richmond area that is highly motivated, reliable, personable, organized and has a good work ethic.

The role is responsible for assisting the Project Manager by managing budgets, working with customers and onsite crews, helping negotiate bids, ordering materials, reviewing invoices from sub contractors, noting files and updating the team on all assigned jobs.

1 year experience in project management is required and must be able to work some overtime. Drug testing and background checks will be done prior to hiring. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.


Responsibilities:


  • Field Supervision of all projects from start to finish
  • Communicate well with clients and office staff
  • Pull permits and schedule inspections
  • Manage budgets, invoicing and timelines
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Order and coordinate material deliveries
