Your responsibilities:


  • Project/construction management on site at the construction site
  • Participation in the calculation and tendering of the technical building equipment (TGA) trade for electrical engineering
  • Evaluation of concepts and plans
  • Development of alternatives and special proposals
  • Control and monitoring of external planning services
  • Awarding and management of subcontractor services

Your profile:


  • Completed technical studies, alternatively a completed apprenticeship as a master craftsman or statecertified technician
  • Professional experience, particularly in the handling of building services systems
  • Knowledge of relevant technical standards, regulations, and laws
  • Flexibility and mobility
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, initiative, and teamwork
