Rehabilitation Department in Cedarville, CA

Responsibilities:
The Rehabilitation Department ensures the employability of our insured individuals through consultation and approval of rehabilitation and prevention services.

We work closely with rehabilitation centers and external contract facilities to maintain a consistently high quality of rehabilitation and its development.


This position is for a fixed term of 6 months, for a minimum of 15 hours per week and a maximum of 20 hours per week.

After training, there is the possibility of partially working from home.


Your Tasks:

  • You will support our Rehabilitation Department in coordinating and developing medical rehabilitation and vocational integration services.
  • Your main tasks will include sorting, assigning, and filing correspondence and documents in the electronic file system.

Your Profile:

  • You are currently enrolled as a student at a university or college.
  • You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and possibly IBM Notes.
  • You have excellent German language skills (nonnative speakers must provide a certificate of at least C1 level).
This position requires good visual acuity, as it involves exclusively working with computer screens.
