Your Role:


We are looking for a full-time
Customer Service Trainer (m/f/d) for our office in the heart of Cave City, AR.

As a Trainer (m/f/d), you will work in a team of 5 FTEs. Together with your team, you will creatively develop new training concepts and continuously optimize them. Employee development is close to your heart.

Along with your colleagues, you will be responsible for training, feedback discussions, and ensuring the quality of customer service for a total of 40 FTEs.


Your Responsibilities:


  • You develop teaching concepts and participant materials for customer service
  • You conduct technical briefings and workshops for existing employees
  • You enjoy onboarding new employees
  • You have fun teaching technical content and increasing employee motivation
  • You design customized training concepts and work closely with the "Development" and Quality departments
  • You identify weaknesses in the Quality department and conduct feedback discussions with existing employees
  • Through regular coaching, you contribute to maintaining high quality standards
  • You enjoy being a point of contact for technical questions in customer service

What We Expect:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification with at least 3 years of work experience
