Your Responsibilities:

Group Accounting: You organize and manage the entire process of preparing our consolidated financial statements according to HGB. You can rely on an efficient balance sheet creation process. You will be in close communication with the accounting managers of our subsidiaries.

Financial Accounting: With your experienced team, you ensure proper bookkeeping and act as a contact person for the audit team. You develop and implement guidelines, as well as standardize and harmonize processes and drive digitalization.

Taxation: You lead the tax team and stay up-to-date on tax regulations. You also accompany tax audits and know what it takes to prevent transfer pricing from becoming a "hot topic."

Insurance: We transfer our company risks to insurance. It would be great if you already have knowledge in this area, but we are also happy to train you. You can also rely on input from a global broker team.


Your Profile:


  • You have a degree in business administration (FH/Uni).
  • Have you already consolidated numerous subsidiaries in a similar comprehensive leadership role in an internationally oriented group of companies? Perfect
  • A solid understanding of accounting regulations according to HGB is a given for you. Knowledge of IFRS would be an addon.
  • Absolute expertise in balance sheet preparation and knowledge of corporate taxation are also necessary.
