Job Description:
This team is focused on providing support to the EMR system, eClinicalWorks (ECW). They will be doing a lot of testing in the application. Will have to troubleshoot with vendors if find issues. Meetings with stakeholder on clinical and (revenue cycle) side to understand what they are looking for to make sure products meet needs.
This team is the pre to the application before it goes to production. They get code and put in QA database. They do scrip testing and then go in and make sure the system still works before production, They go in and fix broken things. Read through vendor documentation and working with clinical partners to figure out issues themselves. Then they try and see if they can break it to predict issues. There is not a manual, you have to figure it out based off testing scripts.
