Responsibilities

Meet with potential tenants and accompany on tours of available units
Following up on leads for potential renters
Perform background/credit checks to confirm prospective tenants' qualifications
Prepare leasing documents for potential tenants compliant with property standards and regulations
Handling the collection of rent payments, security deposits and application fees
Keeping residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues
Build rapport with existing tenants to provide personalized, white glove service
Oversee community facilities such as mailrooms, fitness centers and laundry rooms
Assist with general office duties as needed

Requirements

Min 3-5 years of experience working as a leasing agent, and/or Real Estate sales experience
In-depth understanding of the real estate industry including laws, policies and best practices
Advanced sales and marketing skills with personable, professional and outgoing demeanor
Stellar organizational, project and time management and decision-making skills
Possess outstanding communication and customer service skills
Excellent multitasking and time management skills with a collaborative, team minded focus
Display stellar customer service skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite of Programs
Proficiency in Yardi required
