Description
Responsibilities:
- Market and promote available commercial properties to prospective tenants.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available spaces to potential tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and other related documents.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth tenant moveins and ongoing tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and industry contacts.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations related to commercial leasing.
- Provide excellent customer service and address tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
- Real estate license (required).
Pay:
$50, $400,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to Relocate:
- New York, NY 10010: Relocate before starting work (required)
