    Corporate Recruiter (Professional positions)

    Temp position with Full time hours through Randstad

    Pay Rate: $31.00-$38.00

    Seeking candidates in the EST Time zone - can be 100% remote.

    **Must have corporate, professional recruiting and sourcing experience to be considered for this position.

    What you will do:

    Recruiting (85%)

    • Direct and manage full cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation & screening, interview process, offer negotiations, close out process and new hire onboarding
    • Lead consultative recruiting planning session with key stakeholders to establish expectations, timelines for the recruiting process and create a desired candidate profile
    • Develop sourcing strategy and establish desired communication protocol with the hiring manager and HR team
    • Managing professional level requisitions as well as hourly level requisitions (30+ open requisitions) in multiple locations
    • Participate in our Career Fair and Hiring events with a special emphasis on enhancing our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives (Women, Minorities, Military and Disability)
    • Passive recruitment – source, evaluate and qualify top talent utilizing Applicant Tracking System/CRM, Internet Databases, Job Boards, and Social Media Platforms.
    • Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
    • Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and hiring manager as required.

    Compliance/Administration (15%)

    • Administer hiring processes to ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), veteran's hiring guidelines, and other government compliance requirements (OFCCP)
    • Maintain and manage a well–developed network of candidates and / or skills to build a network quickly and comprehensively.
    • Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and hiring manager as required.

    • Communicate with hiring managers regularly to establish rapport and determine specific needs

    Minimum Education/Experience:

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years experience in Corporate Recruiting or Agency Recruiting
    • 1+ year experience recruiting for manufacturing/industrial talent

    Additional Preferred Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
    • Experience with sourcing & hiring for but not limited to Marketing, HR, IT and Finance.
    • Advanced knowledge with standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures
    • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools including proactive phone and internet research.
    • Fluent in G-Suite and MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Advanced proficiency in ATS systems
    • to successfully manage, prioritize and close recruiting searches within a timeline, using benchmarks and metrics.
    • Demonstrated reputation for finding and closing hard-to-find candidates.
    • Demonstrate exceptional customer and account management, organization, strong verbal and written communication skills, pushback and sense of urgency and a deep understanding of providing sophisticated customer service.
