    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Create proposals and presentations to attract new business opportunities.
    • Manage a team of commercial lines account managers and service representatives, including remote employees.
    • Supervise daily operations of the commercial lines service department, ensuring prompt and precise delivery of insurance services.
    • Act as a main contact point for escalated client inquiries and intricate insurance matters.
    • Collaborate with producers and underwriters to oversee policy renewals, endorsements, and claims handling.

    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with 3-5 years in a supervisory position at an independent agency.
    • Hold a Connecticut Property and Casualty Insurance License.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and engage team members.

    Showcase a solid history of providing exceptional client service and adeptly resolving challenging insurance issues.
