    Description

    Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with a specialization in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry to join our dynamic team. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the technology strategy that supports our QSR business objectives. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the architecture of our enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, security, and efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint for our Quick Service Restaurant business, encompassing systems, applications, data, and infrastructure.
    2. Technology Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to define and execute technology strategies that drive innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage in the QSR industry.
    3. Solution Design: Lead the design of end-to-end solutions, considering business requirements, technical feasibility, scalability, and interoperability across various systems and platforms.
    4. Integration Management: Oversee the integration of diverse systems and applications within the QSR ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow and optimized processes.
    5. Security Assurance: Implement robust security measures and protocols to safeguard sensitive data, transactions, and customer information across all digital touchpoints.
    6. Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of enterprise systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
    7. Vendor Management: Evaluate technology vendors and solutions, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
    8. Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce architectural governance frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    9. Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of architects, developers, and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
    10. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive alignment towards common goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a focus on the Quick Service Restaurant industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of QSR business processes, operations, and technology landscape.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
    • Hands-on experience with enterprise software applications, databases, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies relevant to the QSR industry.
    • Expertise in solution design, integration, and performance optimization across complex, distributed systems.
    • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF Certified, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
    • Proven track record of delivering successful enterprise architecture initiatives in the QSR or related industry.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive innovation amidst evolving business challenges.
