Your tasks:


  • You are responsible for processing and tracking complaints
  • You act as the interface (external, internal, and suppliers) for complaints
  • Your tasks include organizing sorting and testing of inventory as well as documenting failure rates
  • You conduct and lead root cause analyses with the affected departments
  • You are also responsible for creating 8D reports and action plans, as well as monitoring the corrective measures taken by suppliers
  • You organize and conduct internal audits, including monitoring the implementation of measures

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed a technical education or have completed courses in quality assurance
  • You have gained professional experience in the field of quality assurance in a manufacturing company
  • You are proficient in the use of common quality assurance methods and tools
  • Reading technical drawings is not a problem for you
  • You have a secure handling of MS Office and a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
  • You are fluent in German
