We are currently seeking several
Store Managers (m/f/d) for our location in
Berlin to join our team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Managing the store while considering key business indicators
Teamoriented leadership and further training of employees in your area of responsibility
Planning and managing staff deployment
Achieving predetermined sales targets
Implementing efficient inventory management and active floor management
Ensuring a serviceoriented customer care and active sales
Implementing promotions and marketing activities in the store

Qualifications

Several years of experience as a store manager, ideally in the shoe or textile retail industry
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop your employees as role models
Strong goal and resultsoriented work style
Fashion sense and knowledge of current trends
