    Metrics is looking for a talented and dedicated Survey Researcher as we are responding to a solicitation for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing evaluation systems to measure program impact and activities. They will possess strong skills in content analysis, quantitative tracking, and qualitative assessment. The Survery Researcher will be adept at utilizing various tools such as surveys, focus groups, structured interviews, and secondary research to gather data.

    Location: Remote

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and Implement Evaluation Systems: Develop evaluation systems to measure program impact and activities. Ensure these systems are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Content Analysis and Tracking: Conduct content analysis to extract meaningful insights from data. Track quantitative metrics to monitor program performance.
    • Qualitative Assessment: Perform qualitative assessments using methods such as surveys, focus groups, and structured interviews to gather in-depth insights.
    • Utilize Various Research Tools: Employ tools including surveys, focus groups, structured interviews, and secondary research to collect relevant data.
    • Oversee Performance Reporting: Manage the generation of performance reports and ensure timely communication of findings. Integrate these findings into current strategies to drive improvements.
    • Regular Meetings with Government Officials: Engage in regular meetings with Government representatives to discuss program progress, propose initiatives, and establish priorities.
    • Strategic Integration of Evaluation Processes: Develop and coordinate the strategic integration of evaluation processes into program activities to ensure continuous improvement.
    • Report Design and Integration: Oversee the design of performance reports and ensure findings are effectively integrated into current strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
    • Minimum 8 years experience.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in content analysis, quantitative tracking, and qualitative assessment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to effectively use research tools such as surveys, focus groups, structured interviews, and secondary research.
    • Experience in designing and implementing evaluation systems.
    • Familiarity with Government processes and ability to engage with Government officials.
    • Proven ability to integrate research findings into organizational strategies.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
