When working with people, it is important to understand them.

You ensure the well-being of our residents by using proven and new techniques to maintain their mental and physical abilities.

You work independently and always prioritize the well-being of the individual. Through concentration training, orientation aids, group exercises, and person-centered sports games, you activate and mobilize the residents. You assist with personal care, provide dressing and conversation training, and promote independence for each individual. You also help with the preparation and execution of cultural events in the facility.

What you already bring:
You have completed training as an occupational therapist (m/f/d).
You are always motivated to update your knowledge through internal and external training measures.
Social competence, flexibility, and teamwork skills, preferably with leadership experience.
Computer skills (MS Office).
High personal commitment and reliability.
