The Team

We - the EVP / Vitafy Group - are an established and growing European player in the consumer healthcare sector, offering a wide portfolio of products and brands for B2B and B2C customers.

These tasks await you:

You have a firm grip on the numbers at all times, regularly or adhoc provide them and proactively deliver the drivers based on your own analyses. Your comments leave no further questions unanswered.
As a sparring partner, you are in continuous exchange with management and the respective departments.
You support the units in medium and longterm planning and translate operational processes into numbers.
You communicate and discuss operational results and their backgrounds in contrast to the planning and develop appropriate countermeasures if necessary.

- "Status quo" is a foreign word to you, as the existing tools and their KPI outputs operate in a dynamic environment of requirements and therefore must be continuously developed with your support.

The management and executives operate in a field of tension between internal and external interests and require your support in the preparation and creation of businessrelevant data.

We are looking for you

You have successfully completed studies in business, economics, business engineering or a comparable qualification.
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in operational controlling.
Your approach is characterized by routine and experience in dealing with operational details, especially in conducting variance analyses and deriving action measures, and you feel at home in working capital management.
