# What you will do

Support the team and organization in understanding the theory and practice of Scrum
Ensure understanding of product backlog items within the Scrum team
Create transparency in agile projects regarding work progress through the use of appropriate metrics
Promote and represent the Scrum values and protect the team from external influences
Assist the Product Owner in product backlog management (product goal, backlog prioritization, product planning)
Act as a guardian of the SCRUM process to keep the overall goal in mind
Ensure good communication and exchange within the team
Develop overarching concepts to enable and develop teams
Take on method responsibilities for development processes (mostly SCRUM and partly Kanban)

# What you bring

Several years of experience as a Scrum Master (m/f/d) as well as a corresponding certification and professional experience in a job with an IT background
Social competence and empathy as well as a good handling of different personalities
Problemsolving methods and creative techniques in both theory and practice
Confident appearance in front of groups and a professional presentation style
You communicate confidently and fluently in German and English
