Fast emergency rescue from the air and safe patient transport with helicopters and ambulance planes - that's what the non-profit organization DRF Luftrettung stands for. We are one of the leading air rescue organizations in Europe and fly more than missions per year.

Our crews are ready to take off 365 days a year to save lives. We have state-of-the-art helicopters such as the H135 and H145 models with five-blade rotors, as well as two ambulance planes. Our own maintenance facility is approved according to EASA Regulation Part 145 and certified according to ISO 9001. In our workshop at Baden-Airpark in Rheinmünster, our highly qualified technicians ensure the airworthiness of our helicopter and aircraft fleet. This creates the conditions for the fastest and safest rescue of our patients. In our own development facility with authorization, our colleagues independently and innovatively implement helicopter modifications.
