    Location: Fresno, CA | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm | Salary: $22-30 per hour

    Responsibilities of an Accounts Payable Specialist:

    • Manage daily department tasks to ensure accurate and timely completion.
    • Keep precise financial, employee, and client records.
    • Analyze and report financial data to management and authorities.
    • Set and help achieve department goals.
    • Enhance budgets, policies, and controls to boost accuracy and efficiency.
    • Cultivate relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and lenders.

    Requirements for an Accounts Payable Specialist:

    • Hold a degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field.
    • Prior experience is a plus.
    • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in business and bookkeeping software.
    • Effective planning and problem-solving skills.
