    Location: Fresno, CA | Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm | Pay: $22-28/hr

    Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

    • Lead, train, inspire, and assess accounts payable team members.
    • Supervise daily department tasks to ensure timely and precise completion.
    • Maintain accurate financial, employee, and client records.
    • Analyze and report financial data to management and governmental bodies.
    • Establish and drive department objectives.
    • Enhance budgets, policies, and controls to boost accuracy and efficiency.
    • Cultivate relationships with staff, clients, vendors, and lenders.

    Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:

    • Experience is a plus.
    • Thorough understanding of accounting and management principles, along with accounts payable processes.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in business software and bookkeeping tools.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Capability to assess information and procedures.
    • Drive to establish and nurture internal and external connections.
