Dopo un periodo di formazione e affiancamento collaborerai allaprogettazione, implementazione e manutenzione di soluzioni HR, attraverso l'utilizzo di SAP BTP Integration o altre tecnologie di integrazione, al fine di permettere l'integrazione tra i sistemi.
Avrai l'opportunità di essere coinvolto su progetti a livello nazionale ed internazionale che includono implementazione di soluzioni Cloud customizzate per l'ottimizzazione di processi aziendali in ambito HR, includendo anche scenari di scambi di dati su differenti sistemi Legacy.
Imparerai tecniche e tools per eseguire integrazioni software tra sistemi informatici differenti e collaborerai al collaudo delle interfacce realizzate.
Principali responsabilità:
Supporterai il team nella raccolta dei requisiti funzionali e nella stesura di analisi tecniche;
Supporterai lo sviluppo di interfacce;
Collauderai e testerai le interfacce sviluppate (Unit Test) prima della consegna al cliente interno;
Supporterai le attività di manutenzione delle interfacce, segnalando eventuali criticità al tuo responsabile ed adeguandole alle nuove release del sistema SAP;
Per quanto riguarda l'ambito interfacce svilupperai le tue conoscenze nell'integrazione con tutti i principali software di mercato: SAP e SAP S/4 Hana, Zucchetti, ADP, Talentia, Concur, ecc.;
Apprenderai le modalità di sviluppo e test di flussi di integrazione attraverso l'utilizzo di strumenti SAP (SAP BTPI) su progetti a bassa/media complessità;
Svilupperai competenze trasversali in ambito HR;
Rendiconterai regolarmente le attività in progress sia su base formale che informale, segnalando eventuali criticità.
Competenze e attitudini richieste

:
Laurea in Informatica o diploma ad indirizzo tecnico/informatico;
Conoscenza dei seguenti protocolli/stili architetturali: OData, SOAP, RESTful;
Conoscenza di Excel o strumenti similari per la gestione dei dati;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Attitudine al lavoro in team e al raggiungimento di obiettivi;
Buone capacità di analisi e problem solving;
Propensione all'innovazione.
Preferenziale

:
Conoscenza di almeno uno strumento di integrazione relativo al mondo SAP, quali XI, PI, SAP BTPI
Conoscenza dei protocolli/standard di autenticazione LDAP security, OAuth2.0, SAML2.0
Conoscenza di JSON, Groovy.
