    Description

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

    This is a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.


    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare orders for shipment by picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and labeling packages with the correct shipping information.
    • Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times, including sweeping floors, disposing of waste properly, and maintaining clear aisles for safe passage of personnel and equipment.
    • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
