TEMCO LOGISTICS_ is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our _
Jacksonville, FL_ location.

We currently perform over 6,000 residential, business, job site, and commercial deliveries per day, operating 7 days a week.

With millions of home deliveries performed we continue to innovate and provide world-class final mile delivery and installation services for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES_

  • Provide customers information regarding their orders
  • Ensure all customers are satisfied with their products or services
  • Followup with any customers to check that their products were delivered in a timely manner
  • Determine the quickest, most efficient way to find solutions for any problems that may arise
  • Escalate any queries or concerns to the perspective supervisor
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

QUALIFICATIONS_

  • High school diploma or Equivalent
  • 2+ years of office administrative related tasks
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software, Data Entry. (ERP etc.)
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.

Pay:
$18.00 per hour
