- Managing and updating contracts and invoice folders.
- Invoicing/Invoice processing
- Assisting with modification and drafting of contracts and RFPs.
- Working with grant recipients, contractors, and Programs and Finance team staff to ensure timely submission and payment of invoices and reimbursements.
- Ideal candidates will have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Sign; experience in contracts and invoicing processes; and possess troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
- Examining award documents; identifying all conditions, deadlines, and responsibilities in the award documents; and communicating all relevant information to appropriate financial and program staff.
- Assisting with the annual audit.

Our client is a non-profit organization with a great mission behind them They are looking for a detail oriented Meetings Contracts & Accounting Coordinator that will work collaboratively across the Contracts, Finance, and Grants teams to ensure the effective fulfillment and management of agreements and payment of invoices related to exhibitors and sponsors. This will be a hybrid position, reporting to the Director, Contracts. This is a 3-6 month long contract (potentially contract-to-hire for the right candidate).
