- Establish and maintain guest's trust and relationship in the Lexus brand through Technology and Service
- Responding to guest's questions about their vehicle's capabilities by way of phone, email, or in-person demonstration
- Working directly with our guests, walking them through the steps to understand a specific feature on their vehicle
- Obtain and maintain Lexus Master Certification by taking courses online and in person
- Maintain education on product knowledge for current and past Lexus models
- The point person for technology questions from guests and fellow employees
- You enjoy educating yourself on the latest technology
- Outstanding communications skills with effective listening skills
- You are highly motivated, detail oriented and self sufficient
- Ability to multi-task, take proper notes, and have strong follow up
- Valid driver's license

You will work very independently but closely with our guests and fellow employees in assisting our guests throughout their understanding of the Lexus product. Responsibilities
This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm.
