WHAT WE OFFER:

As an environmentally conscious and scientifically enthusiastic apprentice (m/f/d) for wastewater technology, you will be deployed in our company's fully biological sewage treatment plant in Willow Grove.

During your apprenticeship, you will learn how to control, monitor, and document the processes in drainage networks as well as wastewater and sludge treatment in an industrial sewage treatment plant.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the automated systems and machines at the control center. This includes overseeing the cleaning of wastewater in the mechanical, biological, and chemical treatment phases.

In the laboratory, you will analyze wastewater and sludge samples, document the results, evaluate them, and potentially derive process optimizations.

You will also learn how to monitor, inspect, clean, and maintain sewer networks, inlets, pipelines, shafts, and other facilities.

Your apprenticeship will also include becoming a "qualified electrical person," allowing you to independently install and repair electronic systems such as pumps and blowers.

To prepare you for these tasks, you will receive theoretical training at the Lauingen vocational school.

YOUR PROFILE:

You are ideally suited for this apprenticeship if you have a strong interest in all areas of natural sciences, are physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions, and possess manual dexterity and technical understanding.

In your work, you are careful, responsible, and yet able to work at a necessary pace.
