- Manage UCC filings including initial filings, renewals, amendments, and terminations promptly and accurately.
- Perform asset-related lien searches.
- Collect, review, and monitor lessees' insurance certificates and lease documentation, ensuring compliance with lease and financing standards.
- Maintain meticulous records, particularly for lease and supporting documentation.
- Conduct regular reviews of lease accounts to identify and remedy compliance issues.
- Propose and implement enhancements to lease compliance procedures.
- Offer administrative support for lease compliance tasks and foster effective communication among stakeholders.
- Maintain well-organized electronic and paper records of lease and financing documentation.
- Effectively convey complex lease compliance concepts to team members and lessees.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and communication in a fast-paced environment.
- Resolve issues promptly and decisively.
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage multiple tasks in a high-volume work environment, prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines efficiently.
