Lead Talent Acquisition & HR Compliance Coordinator to join our team of dynamic HR Professionals to join our team of dynamic HR Professionals. The
Lead Talent Acquisition & HR Compliance Coordinator will advanced levels of administrative work to support the Talent Acquisition and HR Compliance Manager. This role will ensure that all facets of an employee's life cycle comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as adhere to HR best practices. The primary focus of this role demands a strategic approach to all HR functions, with a significant emphasis on completing special projects, system implementations, and advance data reporting measures to position to support the Talent Acquisition and HR Compliance Manager. The Lead Talent Acquisition & HR Compliance Coordinator
will also be responsible for designing, modifying, and documenting authority-wide talent acquisition procedures to maximize the Authority's recruiting a retention strategy. The Lead Talent Acquisition & HR Compliance Coordinator is expected to
serve as a back-up in the absence of and as needed to ensure workplace continuity. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Talent Acquisition and HR Compliance Manager.

  • Lead and oversee the lifecycle employment process, ensuring adherence to relevant employment laws and other applicable regulations alerting management to potential risks that may require intervention.
  • Lead special HR projects in collaboration with appropriate Authority leadership, related to workforce planning, HR analytics, and system implementations to achieve organizational efficiency. Project oversight will include but not be limited to defining project scope, goals, and deliverables for management review and approval.
  • Lead the integration of HR data with other business systems to provide a holistic view of organizational performance.
  • Design and generate comprehensive reports on HR metrics to assist in strategic decisionmaking and to demonstrate HR's impact on business outcomes.

Reports may include but are not limited to:
HR metrics, including turnover rates, hiring costs, and employee satisfaction.

  • Conduct and complete complex data analysis and reporting as required or assigned to identify trends, forecast needs, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Design, modify, and document authoritywide talent acquisition procedures to maximize the organizations recruiting a retention strategy.
  • Design and develop recommendations to enhance Authoritywide recruitment advertising strategy for management review and approval.
  • Assist in the development and integration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Report and escalate policy and procedural deficits to management as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations and prepare recommendation to address deficits for management review and approval.
  • Maintain data management and reporting procedures to ensure consistency and reliability in data handling.
  • Manage, monitor, update, and develop recommendations to enhance the Authority's applicant tracking system to improve compliance and employee experience.
  • Provide basic training and administrative support to other talent acquisition and HR compliance team members as necessary or required in the absence of the Talent Acquisition & HR Compliance Manager.
  • Attend appropriate leadership meetings as necessary and in the absence of the Talent Acquisition & HR Compliance Manager.
  • Triage workplace investigations related to employee complaints, misconduct, or policy violations of investigative review.
  • Mediate minor disputes between employees, promoting open communication and resolution, while documenting concerns mitigate risk in the event the dispute is escalated for leadership review.
