Position:
Quality Control Manager for Watsessing Construction
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control measures during construction projects in the field of highrise buildings
- Evaluate technical issues and provide solutions
- Oversee and conduct inspections
- Prepare objective reports for assessing claims of defects and damages from a technical perspective
- Provide competent customer support and mediate between business partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Extensive professional experience in the industrial and residential construction industry
- Knowledge of construction law and experience in report writing
- Fluent in German with strong negotiation skills
- Proven customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and flexible problemsolving abilities
- Strong ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
