Service Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

First point of contact for workshop customers and visitors
Processing of all telephone and email inquiries
Appointment scheduling and coordination of workshop planning
Invoicing and explanation
Coordination and management of rental vehicles at the location
Cash management and settlement
Contact person for all departments
General completion of office tasks

Your profile:

You have a commercial education or professional experience in customer service
Previous knowledge in the automotive industry is an advantage
You use your communicative nature to your advantage
You enjoy dealing with demanding customers
Optimal customer care is your top priority
You work in a structured manner and are characterized by a high level of selfmotivation and empathy
