    Job Title: Compliance Analyst

    Location: Chicago Loop – 5 days onsite for training, then hybrid capability

    Industry: Legal

    Pay: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

    About Our Client: Our client, a leading firm in the legal industry, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join their expanding team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive compensation and excellent growth potential.

    Job Description: As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's compliance program, global mobility initiatives, and HR-related diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. You will work closely with the Compliance Specialists to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain compliance calendar and ensure timely completion of tasks.
    • Compile and analyze compliance and DEI data from HRIS for reporting purposes.
    • Verify data accuracy across systems and conduct regular audits to uphold data integrity.
    • Assist in the preparation of Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) and government-mandated reporting.
    • Facilitate expatriate package drafting for the global mobility program.
    • Support policy and process changes in response to legal requirements.
    • Prepare materials for compliance updates and training sessions.
    • Contribute to various projects as needed to enhance compliance processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills.
    • Minimum of one year of experience in an analytical or compliance-related role.
    • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
