    Be part of one of the nations fastest growing boutique fitness concepts. Grow with us We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, and dedicated individuals to join our membership sales team. Benefits/PerksFree Studio MembershipSPENGA gear/apparel discountsOn the job Sales TrainingPerformance based sales commissions ResponsibilitiesMembership sales to clients/prospectsMember outreach to ensure engagement and retentionLead nurture via call and text to schedule in studio appointments for prospectsConduct prospect onboarding, provide orientation, and address prospect questionsPlan and participate in lead generation activitiesParticipate in studio events and other promotionsMaintain the cleanliness of the studioOther tasks as assigned by managementFlexibility in the hours is required
    • Some days more shifts are required and some days afternoon/evening shifts will be requiredONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LONGTERM POSITION AND ARE RELIABLE Requirements:Must have a energetic, friendly, outgoing and collaborative attitude frequent interactions with members and prospects is a core requirementA love for the fit ish lifestyle (experience in the fitness industry or health/wellness is a plus).
    Must be a self starter and highly motivatedMust have effective time management skillsMust have effective communication skills - must be proficient in English; bilingual a plusMust have flexibility in hours
    • Few Morning hours and Few afternoon/evening hours maybe requiredAbout SpengaSPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60 minute workout.

    Compensation:
    $ $15.00 per hour SPENGA is an exciting, rapidly growing company, with the goal of bringing the Best. Workout. Ever. to every neighborhood. SPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. With 70+ studios running and 340+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
