Join Molnlycke Healthcare as a Sales Associate in our Surgical Gloves division and take the first step toward a rewarding career in medical sales


Based out of Houston, TX this Medical Sales position provides 18-24 months of field sales training & hands-on experience working alongside experienced sales reps.

From there, the Sales Associate will be well-prepared to transition into a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) role or progress to the next level within the organization (Relocation within the US may be required for promotion.)




What you'll do:


  • Cultivating new and existing customer relationships within the hospitals, providing them with insights into the Biogel product line's features, distinctions, and optimal utilization.
  • While working to support the Territory Sales reps, you'll serve as the face of the Molnlycke during sales calls and actively contribute to achieving sales goals set by the Regional Sales Team.
  • Attending sales meetings and trade shows to showcase our products and stay updated on industry trends. Assist in creating materials for sales meetings and presentations.
  • Keeping abreast of market developments by monitoring competitor activities, staying informed through trade magazines and associations, and collecting valuable customer feedback.
  • Introduce new products and expand business with existing customers by presenting detailed product information, highlighting features, and emphasizing product distinctions.
  • Collaborate with distributor management and sales representatives to synchronize sales and marketing initiatives, enhance business opportunities, and improve customer service.
  • Resolve customer issues by liaising with the Customer Service Department, ensuring prompt identification and resolution.
  • Undertake projects such as temporary relocation to open territories to cover vacancies, job shadowing senior sales professionals, and conducting inservices at customer locations to train clinicians.

Work-Life Balance

  • 75% Overnight travel is expected

What you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field from an accredited college and/or university required
  • Customer Service, Sales and/or Marketing Experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., sit, stand, walk for long distances, and stoop
  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record that permits the driving of companyowned vehicles
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain hospitalrequired credentialing which may include Covid19 vaccinations
  • Must be willing to relocate within the US for a TSM role
