Job Summary


As a Motorcycle Sales Associate, we are looking for someone with excellent sales service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to drive sales.

In the car business, you are selling something people need:
transportation; here, you are selling what people want: passion, adrenaline, adventure, and freedom.


Duties Include:


  • Having exceptional customer service from the time a customer walks in to when they leave
  • Create new and used sales quotas to exceed on a regular basis
  • Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales
  • Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M sales process
  • Keeping the CRM System updated
  • Maintaining a clean, appealing showroom floor
  • Sell and provide the fun and excitement of the Harley Davidson brand

    $60,000$90,000/year (base + commission)
