We are growing and looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our Business Development team and help expand our footprint by bringing our innovative staffing solutions to more businesses.


Job Description:


As a Sales Associate for AnyShift, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential business clients, demonstrating the value of our staffing solutions, and closing sales.

This role is ideal for a persuasive communicator with a knack for building relationships and a passion for revolutionizing how companies meet their staffing needs.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target potential business clients in various sectors, including retail, manufacturing, and more.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their staffing challenges and present AnyShift solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decisionmakers and influencers within prospective client organizations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials for engaging potential clients.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help refine and improve our service offerings and sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively selling AnyShift's platform and services.
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in the staffing and recruiting industry.

Requirements:


  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
  • Experience in the recruiting, staffing, or HR services industries is a significant plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with business clients of all sizes.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects and clients simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet with potential clients.
