- Possess a comprehensive understanding of all Divisions of work to oversee project aspects seamlessly.
- Develop, manage, and update project schedules using industry-standard software to ensure timely project delivery.
- Demonstrable experience in managing construction projects with budgets greater than $5M.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding Contract Drawings and Specifications.
