Responsibilities

  • Independent planning and execution of projects in the supplementary business
  • Preparation of offers in the supplementary business and support of long-standing customers
  • Compliance with quality, deadline and cost specifications of the respective projects
  • Planning and control of projects
  • Ensuring project-related communication
  • Management and coordination of a fixed project team
  • Development of solution proposals for problems
  • Escalation management of critical projects

Requirements

  • Degree in mechanical engineering (HTL/FH/HS/TS) or a comparable education, as well as professional experience in project management
  • Sound knowledge in the field of 2D and 3D design
  • Good understanding of machines advantageous
  • High level of willingness to learn, flexibility and commitment
  • Ability to lead and motivate project teams with a strong team spirit
  • Excellent communication skills in dealing with customers
  • Excellent negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Independent, structured, goal- and solution-oriented work style
  • Excellent German language skills in spoken and written
  • Good English language skills in spoken and written
  • Computer skills in the office area
