    Senior Project Manager/Project Executive (based on experience)

    is responsible for providing leadership, planning, organization, direction, and control of an individual project to meet the operational goals.

    He/She is responsible for the efficient delivery of the processes without sacrificing the company's commitment to quality, integrity, and profits consistent with the set objectives.

    A Project Manager, Level I accepts ultimate responsibility for the project's success including quality assurance, safety, financial performance, and Owner satisfaction in addition to the harmonious performance of the project staff.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Work with the preconstruction team on various estimating activities including cost estimate preparation, subcontractor participation, value engineering, constructability issues, and owner proposal preparation.

    Must excel with buyouts and contracts

    Manage the budget, schedule, plans, and specifications for assigned project(s) by use of ProCore.

    Develop complete specialty contractor and material suppliers' scope of work.

    Negotiate, create, and process subcontracts and purchase orders.

    Provide monthly progress reports including construction schedule, showing baseline data and critical path (estimated vs. actual).

    Follow all company procedures about project plan, job setup, maintenance, and closeout.

    Provide monthly cost projections.

    Review and approve all field cost expenditures

    Process and manage Owner and Subcontractor pay requests timely.

    Manage the project punch list aggressively.
